The Security Base Pack provides your organisation with the essential level of protection on local devices. This protection includes regular Windows & anti-virus updates (centrally managed), multi-factor authentication (MFA), M365 auditing, M365 password reset and GCC alerts and monitoring.

MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION ON USERS | Multi-factor authentication (MFA) acts as an additional layer of security to prevent unauthorised users from accessing applications & accounts, even when the password has been stolen. | |||
SELF SERVICE PASSWORD RESET PORTAL | This portal allows users to change their passwords in the cloud. Note: MFA must be switched on for all users within the M365 portal to use this feature. | |||
WINDOWS DEFENDER PROTECTION | This security feature prevents and detects attacks on your local machine and regularly updates the definitions of the endpoint manager locally. | |||
WINDOWS PATCH MANAGEMENT | Address vulnerabilities and Windows updates through the deployment of this security feature. Deployed via the M365 portal – this feature is a vital component in an organisation’s security operations. | |||
BASE SECURITY POLICIES APPLIED | GCC apply a number of alerts and policies to improve the security of your M365 portal, for example monitoring any forwarding rules added on an individual mailbox. | |||
ENABLE M365 AUDITING | This feature allows GCC to review activities on the M365 portal and create an audit report. |
